Gennaro Brooks-Church

The Spanish guy “Brooks-Church” moved to New York in 1997 to study comparative religion and creative writing at Columbia. He met Gendville in a Yoga class and they began dating. All paid to their continuous efforts, in 2002, they bought the house at 1214 Dean Street and another old brownstone in 2008 at 22 2nd Street. There, they raised their two sons and a daughter. By 2012, Gendville was the owner of the nine kids’ stores, two yoga studios, a spa, and a salon. Meanwhile, Brooks-Church was known as the Brooklyn frontiersman, due to the emerging eco-adornments he made to the 2nd street brownstone.

Being a successful real estate investor requires education, diligence, and responsibility. Gennaro Brooks-Church understands that investing in real estate and being a landlord is a challenging undertaking. There can be incredible gains to be made and equally incredible losses to be had.  He is a man who follows the law when faced with an undesirable situation just like what happened in 1214 Dean St, during the pandemic. His belief is following the process and knowing your obligations as an investor can only make you a more informed and successful owner.
